Eleventh Petition
For Accepting Our Cross
Mother Mary, we pray for the will to accept our own cross, to follow faithfully your Son, Jesus Christ, Our Savior. May we always remember to meditate on His word, "If you want to be with Me, then take up your cross, and follow Me." Whatever our burdens, we offer to Him without fear because He is with us. Mother Mary, grant us greater strength to bear our cross willingly, for there is no way to heaven other than the way of the cross.
